The Moja Zgrada application serves for information, data exchange and active participation of tenants in building maintenance. - Provides simpler management and better communication with tenants;- Offers the possibility of sending individual/centralized messages to tenants by e-mail at once (eg meeting schedule, emergency intervention of the elevator, emergency intervention of renovation of the room, etc.);- Information/report of building defects, inspection of contractors works, voting:- Basic data about the building, number of apartments, total number of square meters, energy certificate. intervl. contract, reserve amount.- Notification of Defects: related to building maintenance- Notice board: Notice to tenants- Building Documents: Non-financial (Certificates, Findings, Solutions), Financial (Balance, Costs, Offers).- For Registration, all you need is to know the code of your building, if you dont know, contact: [email protected].
